Our 5-week Business Boot Camp training program is designed to teach you how to start, develop, market, finance, and manage your business while avoiding common mistakes. You will learn from experienced professionals who have started, owned and managed businesses, and that are skilled in the key areas of finance, business lending, operations, and marketing. This ensures that you receive practical instruction that is relevant and immediately applicable in the real world.
Business Boot Camp
The program core consists of five workshops of 2 1/2 hours each. Upon completion of the program, you will have a good start of a business plan that will aid in the implementation of your small business or professional service. You will also be instructed in areas that are not usually included in a business plan but is knowledge you will need to run your business giving you a better chance of success. You will be allowed to repeat any of the workshops within two months after completing the course at no additional costs to you--with instructor's prior approval.

Understanding Your Business Financial Situation
Our 2-day Financial Education Series training program provides you with the basics of record keeping and bookkeeping. These are the first steps you need to take before you can begin to create, produce and analyze your financial situation.
Each class is a 3-hour class that includes homework allowing the participant to practice what they have learned in class and allows time in the second class to review material and ask questions.
