Small Business Development Experience & Connections

Rebecca Villareal brings to the entrepreneurial community a sound background in business consulting, training and financing. Her broad experience in consulting with businesses began after she sold her first business in 1995. Since then, she has been a business consultant assisting entrepreneurs securing over $10 Million in equity financing through business planning and creating financial packages for entrepreneurs in Washington State and several other states.

In 1990, Rebecca established and managed Executive Office Suites in downtown Seattle as Managing Partner. The business provided office space and business services to attorneys, therapists, writers, artists, and other small business services.

Rebecca has since held posts from Business Consultant to Business Loan Officer to Director of various programs for Community Capital Development (CCD) for over 10 years—these programs were funded by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

As Director of the Northwest Women’s Business Center, Rebecca counseled, trained and mentored 3,000 entrepreneurs annually in six counties—Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Whidbey and Kitsap Counties. During that time, she contracted with the City of Shoreline and Arlington, partnering with their Economic Development Managers, to provide training and counseling to their local businesses. During her 12 year tenure at CCD, she was a business lender providing SBA 7(a) and SBA Microloans to Washington businesses.

Currently, as Founder, President & CEO of the Northwest Business Training Center, Rebecca serves as a business consultant and class trainer dedicated to providing assistance and guidance to entrepreneurs.
