Her broad experience in business assistance began after she sold her first business in 1995. Since then, she has been a business consultant assisting entrepreneurs securing over $10 Million in equity financing through writing business plans and financial packages for entrepreneurs in Washington state and several other states.
In 1990, Rebecca established and managed Executive Office Suites in downtown Seattle as Managing Partner. The business provided offices and business services to attorneys, therapists, writers, artists, and other small business services.

As Director of the Northwest Women’s Business Center, she counseled, trained and mentored entrepreneurs in six counties—Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Whidbey and Kitsap Counties. As Director of the Shoreline Economic Development Program, she partnered with the Shoreline Economic Development Manager and Verity Credit Union to provide training and counseling to the Shoreline businesses. During her tenure at CCD, she was trained as a CCD business lender providing SBA 7(a) and SBA Microloans to Washington businesses.
